Large-Area Measurement Service

It is not always economically appropriate for a company to purchase its own instrumentation for specific, infrequent measurement tasks. For this reason we offer our customers the service of large area measurement of heir specimens. The maximum measuring volume is 25 x 25 x 5 mm³ with a lateral resolution of 900 nm. The theoretical height resolution is in the subnanometre range. The reproducibility of a step height according to ISO 5436 lies below 0.1 nm. The service encompasses measurement data processing, analysis and reporting, with the end data available in a variety of standard data formats.
